against payment of rent (for) one year
has rented.
The rent for (lit. of) one year,
3 shekels of silver, he will pay.
As first installment of the yearly rent,
270 grains of silver (Ribbatum) has received.
(In) the month of Kinūnum, the first day,
at its beginning
he will move into;
with 3 portions of food of 1 cut of meat and 1 seah of beer each
he will provide.
As for the improvements of the house
which the tenant will make,
whenever the owner of the house to the tenant
says: “Move out!”
he (the tenant) will remove the improvements;
(but) whenever the tenant of his own
will leaves, the improvements ...
he will not remove.
